Maintaining right dental health is as important as maintaining the general health of ours, though we normally do not maintain our dental health, even thought it has been proven that bad dental health is connected to various other illnesses, for example heart conditions, diabetes, preterm birth, low birth weight, stomach problems etc. So we are able to say that our overall health is directly proportional to the dental health of ours, better dental health lead to better health as well as much better health and fitness means happy life.

For keeping good dental health, the original & most important step is sufficient amounts of teeth cleaning. We are able to maintain our teeth clean by flossing and brushing our tooth in a proper way.
